Matt McGettigan is the Senior Director of Software Engineering at Lucas Systems, where he leads product innovation and engineering strategy to drive customer success. Since joining Lucas in 2017, he has advanced through multiple leadership roles, including Senior Manager and Director of Product Software Engineering, contributing to the development and delivery of high-impact warehouse optimization solutions.

With over 15 years of experience in software engineering, Matt previously served as Lead Software Engineer at OnHand Schools. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Allegheny College, with minors in Mathematics and History, and pursued graduate studies in Computer Science at the University of Pittsburgh.
