The Director Software Product Development leads the software engineering team that builds our next generation Warehouse Optimization Suite. • Generate new business and grow existing accounts within assigned territory or industries to ensure revenue and sustainable growth targets are met or exceeded
• Conduct and manage the full range of sales activities of cold calling, lead generation, customer discovery sessions, presentations, proposal generation, terms negotiation, and close

Position Summary

Reporting to the CMO, the ABM Campaign Manager will be an integral part of an agile and progressive Lucas Marketing team. This role is an incredible opportunity for the right individual to expand experiences across multiple marketing domains while leading a key part of the Lucas digital marketing strategy.

You will work closely with our Sales team to plan and execute targeted, multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified opportunities and pipeline for the sales team. You will own focused marketing programs targeting prospects in midmarket and enterprise buyers within specific vertical markets of Retail, Food and Beverage, Industrial Parts, and Manufacturing for example. Your work will include digital nurture programs, social media, webinars, physical and digital events, with a strong account-based marketing approach.

The right fit for this role is an energetic, digital and data savvy, self-directed marketing professional with the ability to plan, execute and report on campaign performance, fueling growth for the business.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Sales members to develop campaigns and effective demand generation strategies specific to their target verticals.
• Ideate, create, and execute digital and regional events.
• Track performance and manage quality of all aspects of campaigns, including campaign set-up, asset review and creation, email and social media copy preparation and promotion.
• Manage the assigned demand generation budget and facilitate budget allocation decisions in collaboration with the CMO.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns using Triblio, Pardot and Salesforce marketing tools.
• Perform data hygiene as need to maintain clean data repositories used in Marketing.
• Collaborate with graphic design for development of different elements required by the campaigns including production of imagery, design and build of emails, landing pages, banners and other creative materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop messaging aligned to target audience for key campaign assets including content, outbound emails, nurtures, social media posts, etc.
• Become intimate with the warehouse automation market dynamics, trends, competitors’ messages and products to differentiate Lucas and raise our profile.

Skills and Experience

• BA or BS degree with 5+ years marketing experience in a B2B software or technology services company.
• Hands-on experience with a solid track record of creating, deploying, and optimizing complex automated marketing campaigns and reporting on campaigns.
• Hands on experience with modern CRM, ABM, and Marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Triblio and Google Analytics.
• Experience in database marketing, list segmentation and management, and data analysis.
• Strong writing skills and ability to assemble content to support marketing campaigns.
• Team player, well-organized, hands-on attitude, passion for driving results.

Lucas Systems is growing and we are seeking an experienced, well-rounded individual to join our Accounting and General Administration team. This role will play an integral part in every aspect of the Accounting Department including, but not limited to, the responsibilities listed below.

Reporting to the Controller, the Accountant will interact and work closely with all of the departments to maintain and drive Lucas’ continued success.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 3, ideally 5 plus, years of general accounting experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-Starter with attention to detail, reporting and deadlines
Proficiency with MS Office, Accounting software packages and Internet applications
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Position summary:  Reporting to the CMO, the Product Marketing Manager is an outward facing role that guides and directs product and market development priorities for Lucas Systems.  As a driver and owner of the product roadmap, this role gathers customer and prospect input, tracks and analyzes market trends, works closely Sales and Solution consulting members to understand key market dynamics, challenges and opportunities; and works with Engineering to ensure product viability.  The Product Marketing Manager will be critical to the market introduction of new products and their growth trajectory. Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the Lucas product portfolio roadmap in support of Lucas growth objectives. Work across key stakeholders internally and externally to prioritize product development work as the business evolves.
• Develop a strong Voice of the Customer (VOC) network and process to guide Lucas decisions on product and service requirements, competitive differentiation, bundling, pricing, value proposition, and messaging.
• Lead the assessment and business case for new product and service opportunities especially in the area of Machine Learning and AI, to expand Lucas differentiation and opportunities for business growth.
• Own the preparation and launch plans for product rollouts including product go-to-market materials, Sales and Marketing enablement, and readiness of customer support.
• Support go-to-market activities such as webinars, digital campaigns, and tradeshows with content development, presentations, and thought leadership.
• Develop relationships with customers and prospects to learn about their business challenges in support of on-going and future revenue opportunities.

Skills and Experience

• BA/BS required. Technical degree preferred.  MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience with software, SaaS, or technology consulting companies
• 5+ years of product marketing or product management experience
• Knowledge of supply chain domain – warehousing, logistics, transportation preferred
• Entrepreneurial and flexible mindset. Proven ability to think strategically and commercially.
• Ability to guide, mentor, lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation and active listening skills.
• Results-driven, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to travel less than 25%
