Jeremy DaValle is the Director of Customer Success Services with Lucas Systems, leading and developing a culture of customer focus and responsiveness to ensure all Lucas resources are leveraged to exceed customer expectations by driving fast, accurate, friendly and anticipatory service with customers across every interaction.

With a unique and comprehensive skill set and proficiency in continuous process improvement, team-building, and leadership/coaching, Jeremy excels at responding to customer pain points and needs to create the best possible outcomes for current operations and for the future.

Jeremy has extensive experience in a number of industries including oil and gas, manufacturing, supply chain, and food and beverage, serving in increasing roles of responsibility across technical service, customer training and customer success.
