Lucas Systems Expands Sales and Business Development Team

Senior Business Development and Sales Professionals Will Extend the Market Reach for Award-Winning Jennifer™ VoicePlus Solutions

Lucas Systems, Inc., the leading provider of voice-directed warehouse applications for open, mobile computers, today announced the addition of three senior sales and business development executives. These newest members of the Lucas commercial team will help the company continue its growth in the voice-directed applications market. Since 2007, Lucas has grown its revenue by more than 60 percent, an unprecedented achievement in the face of an extraordinarily difficult economy..
Les Huet joined Lucas as Director of Business Development, responsible for broadening the company’s relationships with WMS and other complementary technology and implementation partners. Barry Bijonowski and Ed Frantz joined Lucas as Senior Account Managers, responsible for direct sales of Jennifer VoicePlus solutions to warehouses and distribution centers in retail, grocery, foodservice, healthcare, industrial supply, manufacturing and other industries.

Les Huet brings more than 25 years of business development, sales and distribution operations experience, including 15 years developing and managing partner relationships at MARC Global (which was acquired by RedPrairie) and 7 Hills Software. Prior to MARC, Les had 10 years of operations experience with healthcare distributor Owens and Minor. Les is based at Lucas Systems headquarters near Pittsburgh.

Barry Bijonowski has 15 years of sales and implementation experience working with large warehouse and distribution centers in a range of complex process optimization projects. He started his career with Dematic and more recently was with Numina Group. Barry is based in Chicago.

Ed Frantz brings 25 years of supply chain solutions experience including senior level strategic and tactical leadership positions with third party logistics companies, including Kuehne + Nagel, and Genco Logistics. He comes to Lucas from OHL, where he was focused on designing distribution solutions and building relationships with clients in the CPG sector. Ed is based at Lucas Systems headquarters near Pittsburgh.
